However, you can create coasters in any game mode. Just click the Coasters tab at the bottom and select the "Custom" tab on the left (as opposed to "Blueprint"). You should see a list of coaster types to choose from.
Will this custom mode let us customize also the economic parameters of a map?
(I don't know if it's already possible because I didn't play challenge mode).
Oooh, I didn't know that. Nice!
You can sculp the terrain right now in the park, make mountains, dig holes, fill them with water, etc. You just can't edit the actual biome you pick beyond the boundries of the park. Regardless, you can still create a pretty cool looking park with the terrain editor. Maybe some day we'll be able to change stuff beyond the boundries.
This increased a lot the replayability of the title, because, as long as other users released scenarios, you never ran out of new parks and challenges to play in RCT3.
I hope that the Devs will give us something similar for this game too, because the tools are already there. It would benefit the entire community to have plenty of fresh usermade scenarios/maps/challenges in the workshop.
