How do I add workshop items to my game?

I have no idea how to do this. How do I add the rides/ parks??

Go to the Workhop and "Subscribe" to the items you want. They will be downloaded and added to your game automatically. To find your subscribed parks, go to the main menu then go to Play>My Parks. For other items, they will be in the My Blueprints tab when you are playing in your park.

But you are more than just "downloading" it by clicking that button, so it would be both misleading and deceptive to simply call it "Download."

The ONLY thing that I can say is that the parks are in play>sandbox>my parks>downloads.

No problem. Idk why they call it "subscribing". Maybe because you automatically get updates for the item? Maybe it just sounds cooler? Maybe there are too many "Download" buttons on the internet and a "Subscribe" button sounds more legit to skeptics? Who knows?

Make sure you wait for it to downlad.
1 of 1 items downladed.
The go in the game and find it- My Blueprints or Downloaded Parks.
I've never added WS items during gameplay... Hmmmm.

If you "subscribe" to an item from in-game,you may have to quit game then wait a minute or so and restart game,2-3 times even,for it to show up.For ANY game,so it depends on steam.
