Avatar - possible to have multiple ?

So my niece is playing this game on my account, she created an avatar and has been playing it a couple of hours.
I figured i would give it a try aswell, so i started my own park yesterday but i couldnt find a way to change avatars, so i think i might have messed up her park by starting a new one ?
Is there a way to create more then 1 avatar and swap between these so i dont mess up her game ?

You can only have one avatar AFAIK. However, you can have multiple park saves (at least in Sandbox and Challenge modes; not entirely sure about Career). So just save her park with one name and save yours with another, and you should be fine.

This game has no local profiles; it uses your steam profile. With that in mind, you should check out Steam Family Sharing. Valve/Steam introduced it for exactly your situation.

ETA: Of course, being your niece, I presume she lives with her parents and not you, so the downside to family sharing is that you would have to coordinate with her your play time because you both won't be able to play the game at the same time. If she only plays when she comes to visit you, though, then that's obviously not an issue. :-)
