How do i find fps?

Im new to planet coaster, my game seams slow. ive got Amd A4 1250 apu with Radeon hd graphics 1.00 ghz pro 4gb ram memory.
I dont understand the settings, can i adust them to made game play better?

the nvidia geforce program has a fps tracker, so I would assume an AMD program has something similar. Or you can download Fraps, the free version comes with one.

Steam has this feature. Enable it in steam settings.

You can lower the settings all the way and I don't think it would run much better. Your setup seems VERY much under the recommended settings for the game.

I checked the FPS in Steam options- upper left I think, but I don't see my FPS???
Fortunately I have a fairly high end velocity micro laptop so I have yet notice much or any lag.
