Maximum G's
What do you think the maximum amount of vertical g`forces a coaster should pull? I'm pulling 8+ and everything is still green.

In real life, most coasters keep positive g-force around or below +5Gs, although a couple of them approach +6Gs. Any more than that would cause riders to blackout and possibly sustain injury. As for negative g-force, the typical limit seems to be -1.5Gs with an absolute max limit being -2Gs. Any more than that would be harmful or potentially fatal to the riders as too much blood would rush to their head.

The game is a bit more lenient which is why you can pull +8Gs without a problem.

I'd like a cheat/trainer to make guests ignore the G-Force numbers and just ride the coaster anyways...

In game, you could can probably manage 15-20 as long as it doesn't last for a long time. I built a superman the escape type coaster using the hydraulic launch coaster, so the train just comes slamming back into the station without breaking. I think that was around 16 G's and it was green/green/green. I've managed to build a functional coaster that did 50 G's but that was green/orange/green.

For realism JC is pretty much spot on. I'm not sure about lateral G's but my guess is very few if any do over 2G's and most probably do less than 1.
