Really depends on the shop and it's location. I have a Gulpee Slush in a prime location that makes a profit of about $600 a month. It was so busy that I decided to put a Milkshake shop near it and it only makes a small profit of about $100 a month. Later on I can load up a save and get more info.

So far in both of my Challenge Parks (Harder and Medium) I still can't make a profit off of the energy drink and coffee shops. Energy drinks are supposed to be in demand by teenagers and coffee by adults. I have problems with the Goody shop as well. All others do pretty well in my two parks.

I don't know about anybody else, but my shop profits fluctuate really significantly. Shops such as Gulpee Soda, Chief Beef, and Hat's Fantastic are pulling in anywhere from $500 to nearly $2,000 a month, each, especially if I raise the cost by $2, no one seems to mind. Other shops like pizza shops, coffee shops, energy stalls barely make a few hundred dollars in profit and are often in the negative hundreds.

I have 5 Smoothie shops in my large park. They earn 1k, 340, 200 and the last two lose a little bit. My biggest loser only has one ride nearby and my biggest winner is in my busiest area with multiple rides nearby. So as you can see location is rather important.

I have a chief beef and milkshakes that have 100k life time profit and earn roughly 1k a month. Well placed stores can earn more money than coasters. Try to put them in central locations and minimize how many you have.
