Thank you for the replies guys. I'm glad there is some sort of work-around, but really it shouldn't have to "take a few tries" :( I'll try it later. Hopefully they'll have a fix soon.
No unfortunately not :(

JFYI, Mouse Acceleration is where, if you move the mouse one inch IRL quickly, 'in the game' it will go really far and fast, but if you move the mouse one inch very slowly IRL, 'in the game' it will not move very much at all (or will move slowly in the game).
With a game that has Mouse Acceleration OFF, it does not matter how fast you move the mouse at all, one inch IRL will 'always' move your game world the same amount (view/motion/etc)

Most games will use 'whatever the Windows setting is' [as far as Acceleration is concerned] - but this game seems to not do that; as I have Mouse Acceleration OFF in Windows 10, yet in the game if I move the mouse fast an item spins around quckly, whereas if I move the mouse slowly IRL, the item will move just a little, slowly.
Also, if I may add, if you have a Mouse that allows the adjustment of DPI [the 'density' of how the mouse reads movement - how much you have to move the mouse to move in a game, changing it possibly 'on the fly', where you can move quickly normally, but then slowly in-game for certain things, such as using a Scope on a gun - while moving the mouse the same distance each time]; adjust your DPI to a lower setting, as I found that when I switched to a lower DPI mode, the item spun around very slowly [compared to my Default DPI setting].
