Expelling superpower from offshore offices is impossible while allied with them

Like the title says, it's impossible to expel a superpower from an offshore office while allied with them. The "expel" option isn't clickable.

The behaviour you are describing is intended. You should be able to expel the superpowers once the alliance has ended.

I get not being able to expel them from an embassy during an alliance, but it just seems weird to get the superpower demand of expelling them from an offshore office while in an alliance and thus being unable to fulfill that demand without breaking the alliance. But sure, if you say that's actually intended.. :)
