Custom Island Building!

I understand if Kalypso simply doesn't have the infrastructure to make this happen, but I'd absolutely love it if a DLC was released for this game that allowed us to custom make our own islands. We could make silly shapes or fun challenges, upload them to the workshop, it would easy become one of the most distinctive features of Tropico 6.
