Are there sales on these games frequently?

Discounts, this sometimes happens. They made stupid move when raised region prices of the game by more than 200%. No one in sanity will pay 1/4-1/5 of the month salary. or 1/2 of the pension for this game.

They lowered the base price from when it launched and then adjusted for exchange rates. They can't control your countries economy when it tanks.

They can control regional prices. But rising it up to 3x times from initial price, it's just stupidity and not "your countries economy when it tanks".

They almost removed regional prices. in other words if you unable to understand, they cut their profit from whole region (which by the way not in sanctions list or whatsever).

You can get it at CDKeys for around 11 - 12 EUR at the moment. You buy the code and enter it here on Steam, I've bought many games this way.

That's just for the base though but they have some of the DLC's there too.

Guess that's the way I need to go, ty. Games have gone up so much in price even the ones that have been out for forever!
