What DLC i need for comfortable game?

I bought:
Llama of Wall Street
Spitter
Carribean skies
Lobbystico

Can i play and have good game with these DLCs? Or preferably i should buy something else for better experience?

If i like the game, I'll buy another.

Sorry for my English, it is not my native language.

New Frontiers and Going Viral are the bests DLCs.
Llama of Wallstreet and Caribbeans SKies are Good DLCs.

You don't need any DLC for a comfortable game. Play on easy difficulty of you want, but normal is pretty darn easy.

Carribean skies, New Frontiers and Going Viral are pretty good!
Llama and Spitter are ok.
Lobbystico was awful.

I keep reading that going viral breaks sandbox, because early game you cannot counteract diseases. The sentiment in here seems to be the opposite, how come?

The cost of counteracting deadly diseases in colonial era can be high in terms of people. You must act swiftly and with brutality. Some people can't hack being El Presidente (or the governor I guess) when the hard decisions have to be made.

Also, I think people who think you cannot counteract diseases in the colonial era must not have played the missions that came with the DLC, because the first mission teaches you how to counteract diseases in the colonial era. You can play and replay it to get your technique down. I have my go to response.

The only one I don't have is Going Viral, the rest are good.

I like Lobbyistico. I understand exactly why people hate it though.

You can set Diseases Outbreaks to "Only Harmless" in Sandbox mode. Which is a nice way to make money in the World War era.
