Tropico 6 Crashing whilst loading game

75% of the time whilst loading my current game the game crashes with the following error:
Fatal error: [File:Unknown] [Line: 198] Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x887A0006 - 'HUNG')

Usually restarting the computer allows me to load but not always.
I'm currently using a laptop
Win 11 Pro
i5-8265U CPU @ 1.60GHz
16GB Ram
Intel UHD Graphics 620 (HP)

You are far below the minimum system requirements, the game isn't going to function. You do not meet the the CPU or GPU required.

Thank you, I did later find a post about needing a CPU running at 3Ghz so I'm always going to struggle with this.
