- The base game could probably do with having some more costs to dealing in Swiss money, but Lobbyistico's corruption mechanic is over-tuned to the point that it almost may as well have removed Swiss money from the game, and since almost all of the buildings that Lobbyistico adds generate corruption it isn't usually worth building them, either, which is unfortunate because there's some interesting ideas there. I would say that this is probably the worst of the Tropico 6 DLCs.
- Going Viral's disease outbreaks are in my opinion at best an annoyance, and it doesn't help that one of the three harmful diseases can make a couple of the buildings added by the DLC feel more like sucker-bait than useful additions to your island. Additionally, while you can turn off the three harmful diseases, the Harmless Cough still triggers disease events and warps the prices of a couple of goods even if you do nothing at all to exploit it, despite supposedly being about as concerning as the common cold. Other than that, it's fine, I guess, but I rarely find myself wanting to use anything it adds.
- The Llama of Wall Street adds market fluctuations to the international trade system which will allow you to engage in speculation, a penalty for heavily investing into a single export product, a couple of industry buildings, and a governmental building that allows you to engage in semi-random market manipulation. Not bad for the price, at least on sale, but also probably more something you'll forget you have active.
As far as the other DLCs go, I regularly make use of a lot of the stuff from New Frontiers, Caribbean Skies, and Tropican Shores, and rarely bother with anything from Spitter or Festival.
