Cannot eradicate the disease

The amount of infected is 0 and untested does not changes, the disease is still on going.
How to eradicate it?

According to your screenshot you have 0 uncovered infected.
There are still 124 unknown Tropicans who might be infected ;)
Medical checkpoints can help to find the remaining infected and eradicate the disease.

I put plenty of them but the number does not changes much because old immunized people dies and toddlers does not go into hospitals.
I think the deadly disease gets eradicated when amount of infected reaches 0 even if untested are bigger than 0.

You know, i got the number of infected to 0 by killing them. Maybe that caused the problem? Because yesterday i managed to eradicate the disease without reducing amount of unknown to 0.

I cannot eradicate the disease also. I have destroyed all water sources infected, closed the borders, lets the police do whatever they want. What else?

Also added quarantine centers. Years go by and I cant eradicate the disease. Some people have eluded to a cure however in the 1st mission I see no cure tab. Help?

They should add an option to decalre the disease harmless when there are 0 infected for some period of time.

same problem, doing english missions in loop for infinity because my mission is to cure the whole island (1st mission in going viral) so the only thing i can do, is to do english missions to stay in power. Even if i kill all infected, it takes time for dungeon people to go execute order, so I can NEVER cleanse the whole island, even with closed borders.... I hope they will fix this! (colo age)

Pro tip you can just have the people who are infected killed yo speed the process up

So to get past the colonial part you need to pause/destroy places the spread the disease. This would be circus, wells, chapels, places to drink. Use the overview to view areas where the disease is spreading from and pause those places. Once you do you will get rid of it and complete the mission.

I eradicated it. There are youtube videos if you're stuck.
