How to complete tutorial 'Intimidate Neighbor' mission?

I only got the game today. I am somewhere in the tutorials and I got an 'Intimidate Neighbors' mission.

I built a garrison - I then opened the 'Raid' screen and clicked on 'Intimidate neighbours' which then proceeded to take time to fill up 'Raid Points required'. Well, it eventually filled to the top and nothing happened, so I have now re-added the action to the queue - so it is now back at the building Raid points.

The tutorial wants me to 'Complete the "Intimidate Neighbours" raid'.

What do I need to do to complete the raid and pass this part of the tutorial? It is not pointing me as to what I specifically need to do.

Aha, I clicked the Overview button and apparently this happens slow-time. Commandos are executing the mission.

I will wait for them to finish.
