Report a translation problem
Have you tried verifying your gamefiles yet?
To do this, please take the following steps:
- Select Tropico 6 from your Steam library
- Either right click the game in your Library, or click the gear icon from the game's Library page on the far right.
- From the drop down menu, select "Properties..."
- Select the "Local Files" tab and click the "Verify integrity of game files..." button
- Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.)
If this doesn't solve the issue, I would kindly ask you to send a message to our support at support@kalypsomedia.com with a description of the issue (alternatively a link to this thread) and a DxDiag.txt attached to they can investigate!To create a DxDiag.txt, please do the following:
- Click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R
- Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click “OK”
- Click the "Save all Information"-button, located at the bottom of the program window
- Save the file as "dxdiag.txt”

Verified game files, a couple were redownloaded and reinstalled. All works now, thanks for your help!

Every time my friends and I get to world wars the game starts to crash for us, then when we try to load a game we keep getting network errors finally it says the save game is corrupted.
Is this a common issue you can fix?
