What do Dockworkers do?
Note: I am not asking what the DOCK does. I'm asking why I shouldn't just close off all employee slots. I've seen nothing that indicates they have any actual function whatsoever.

OK, answered my own question with a little bit of experimentation. It affects how frequently (or not) the trade ship(s) show up. With only one dock worker you have to wait 35 months!! The change is not visible until AFTER the current ship on its way docks.
