Chocolate mission how to advance to modern age?

Hi what do i need to do to advance to the modern age?

Penultimo should give you a choice of what to do to advance from Cold Wars to modern age. There are three options and you have to choose one.

Where i can choose those just got this message which is not stating hoe to advanc?

It will pop up and you have to click on one. You can choose to build a nuclear program, steal a cold war era landmark, or build a vacation paradise (I haven't done the vacation one yet). Check your pending missions/quests.

Have you completed this mission? I'm stuck in the final quest, completing 3 trade routes with superpowers, I have maximum standing with 3 superpowers and have consistently finished all of their side missions, but I couldn't get export chocolate trade route for years

Trade routes are offered completely random at the start of each year. Save the game before new years eve and as soon the new year starts, check the offered trade routes. If they are not what you wish for, reload the savegame and try again. Sooner or later your desired trade route will appear. Just be patient ;)

Hello, Penultimo is not offering me the option to choose between thease 3 options so I can't move forward to Modern Times. Why he is not offering me the missions to do it? I'm in 1989 year so I don't get it... Do I need a special buildings or edicts for that?
