Road to ruins?

How do you make a road that connects to the tourist ruins? I see the red arrow, but not matter where I place roads, it stays red and nobody visits.

I think that is still bugged. My guess is that the ruins are not suppose to have a road connection. Tourist will still visit it even with the the blinking red arrow.

Hi momodave,
we are aware of this, nevertheless, ruins currently need no roadconnection like this and tourists will even though visit the ruins.
Tip: place park decks and/or a metro closeby to increase the number of visitors, even though not directly connected to a road.
