But also this game is programmed by children with no experience, so take that in mind.
Also i really recommend using the "On a Dead Man's Chest" work mode for this map.
That said, I have got all 4 working. First I let all the missions that were running finish.
Then I selected one of the pirate bays in the mission planner interface (selecting the first hook tab).
From that tab I selected a mission. UP in the queue you can see the mission starting. One the mission disappears, I move to the next tab and queue a mission. Again I wait until the pirates begin the mission. And repeat for the remaining bays.
Doing it this way by staggering the missions I was able to keep all 4 bays going at once.
One annoying thing is that, even if you rename the pirate bay using the details pane, that name is not used when you are in the missions pane.
From other posts it seems as the interface has always been confusing and seems not to work correctly. Thats to bad because I'm fairly happy with the game.
