Carribean DLC impossible

The first misssion is so bloody hard. The drone home delivery quest takes years to complete (in game) and even though ive linked everything my buildings fill up and i get barely 5000 from exports. What am i doing wrong?

$5,000 from exports? Even the basic economy you start with generates $50,000+ easily every ship. Fill up and support your offices (plus courthouse and hotel boosts) then banks, then diversify into tourism with the customs office fee.

Diversify what you're making and take advantage of export deals, that island can make millions with very little effort.

Can't tell what you are doing wrong without seeing it, but if you understand the game mechanics that's actually a really easy mission just by expanding on what a huge industrial base you start with and having access day one to the free money office/tourism/etc. of the modern times.

I just replayed it again after you made your post, the drone home delivery quest took less than 1 in game year. I built 2 of them, made sure they were well stocked and had coverage of plenty of residential apartments.

The only real secret is to secure your economy before you bother even starting the main quests, but that's the real tactic to most missions.

I'm stuck. Do I need to bui;d up more industry than the ones you start with. Also, by the time ive connected the factories to their plantations or mines i dont get as much income. My economy then slowly drowns itself. It also takes 10 years for drone home delivery. PLZ HELP ME. I REALLY DONT WANT TO HSVE WASTED 15 DOLLARS ON THE DLC

I have heavly Industry, mines, oilwells. Hit Modern era and around 2.000 PPL. But i want to turn many Island to clean Place. I guess Tourism is my only choose for this. I´m not sure how i can manage it

The Scientific Method says "hi". At least the drones work properly. In this mission you can't use Teamster Ports and instead have to rely on airports, which are a bit more finicky and not nearly as reliable as drones. That's not the worst part; the worst part is having to deal with constant deliveries to an island for rum, weapons, or cigars. Even when I assign an emergency delivery for the teamsters on the island they just bum around doing nothing while I constantly fail the mission.

That's a pretty standard tactic for most missions, you build up your economy before you bother doing the main quests.

Maybe you just don't understand the basics of the game, because this island can make millions very easily, it's one of the easiest starting cities in the game.

Did you even look at the screenshots I posted earlier? Cluster more of your housing and set the drone delivery to feed those apartments. Home delivery is one of the fastest parts of the mission.

Make sure you are producing the correct type of drones, producing enough food and have set the area of where to deliver the food to cover a lot of housing. If you need to cover more apartments make more delivery drone buildings.

I did this mission on hard when it first came out, then I did it again on normal after you made your first post and put up the screenshots earlier to show you. I'll play it again and record it if I have to but seriously, if you understand the basics of how to actually play this game then you should be making millions easily and then just pivot quickly at the end and finish off the main quests in a row effortlessly.
