Any way to turn off/change boat whistle?

Yes, I know it's a strange question! Unfortunately, the boat horn/whistle is driving me nuts. Are there any mods out there to change it? Or maybe a file I can replace?

Well, environmental sound effects appears only, when you are close with the camera. Is the boat near, then you hear the whistle. Keep some distance (zoom out), then you won't.

You're welcome. Did you consider to simply turn the environmental sound effects off in the options menu? Then, of course, you remove all of the sounds (;
