Environmentalist and garbage dump

So I just build some garbage dump for calming down environnmentalist after I build some new factories, but ... 2 of them give a -9 of standing to them, it that normal ?

could you share some more details and/or eeven reproduction steps?
Even better would be reproduction steps and a possible savegame.

I must admit I didn't expected a dev to respond (no one actually since it been days)

It is done I sent the message to the support with the savegame plus screenshots. For the reproduction step, I just have to build it to trigger it (I used fast construction though).

While I have you here, is there a place for feedback and potential idea for the game ?
