Fast Food Joint Ring
What does the blue ring around fast food joints signify? It's not like your media buildings or garbage dumps which make buildings light up when they're within range of the building's effect. I can't figure out what it signifies.

The fast food joint building have radius because if you have workmode Free Delivery selected, all residentials buildings will increase the efficiency.
