Swiss Bank Blueprints Not Paying Out
Is anyone else having a problem with purchasing blueprints from your Swiss Bank Account? 99% of the blueprints I purchase are not actually being rewarded to me. Is this something that is conditional on the mission, or is it a glitch? Another question I would ask is how do I go about running this up the ladder to Kalypso Media if it was a bug?

Are you sure you bought a blueprint? He sells a lot of research upgrades to buildings that don't unlock the blueprints along with it

I've always gotten the blueprints

You may be purchasing Regime Tools, which are not blueprints at all.
