How to Rescind Constitution?

When the Constitution rescind date arrive I like to do it but i cant see the option to do it. Anyone could rescind the constitution?

You can't totally rescind the constitution, but if you click on the icon on the bottom with the red seal, you can change it. What exactly are you wanting to do?

You can rescind the constitution by choosing a different constitution option (e.g. All citizens vote to Wealthy citizens vote) and then clicking apply on the main screen.

If you mean NO CONSTITUTION at all then you're out of luck past the colonial era

No worries, also you can activate the martial law edict to disable elections (although it isn't popular)

Yeah, you sure dont have to be a democracy, can just straight up declare martial law, or just decide now isnt a good time for an election when they ask for one.
