How to change language preferences?

Is there any way to change other languages into english?
Due to poor translations, I just can't figure out what to do with some objectives.
Is there any way to swap between 2 languages?

You should be able to change language by right clicking the game in your Steam library and hit properties. There's a tab with language select.

You can also set the "Language=en_US" in %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\Tropico6\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini
