Complete the Loot Raid
Some of the mission instructions are pretty light on details. This one from the revolutionaries is completely lacking any clarity. Which type of Loot raid am I supposed to complete? There are several. Any of them?

I was woundering the same thing when it came up. I just picked one and it worked. The game advanced after the raid.
