Polish language - why is not possible to add?

Hi everybody,
even though the search-function would have helped (Kunovega proved it, to be working properly), we are not planning any additional languages for the release, as those already stated and listed on the Steam Store Page.

I did 80% of the translation (subtitles), sent an email to Kalypso and the only answer I received was:

Hi Unerde.....Can you give me an answer please - if I finish translating Tropico 6 into Polish - can I make it public? I will not be sued for unlawful interference with game files? I am asking you because I got a warning from the producer Tropico (maybe you?) for a critical forum post regarding Kalypso policy.

Hi mariuszm22,
please send an email to [e-mail] and provide them all details regarding your project.
Only thing I can tell, is that if it has a commercial background and/or includes modifying game files to a certain degree, this is even an illegal activity, which is clearly stated in the EULA of any game on steam.

For further details, get in touch with the respective persons, as I am not in the position to give permission, nor do I have any possible legal background to proper guide you through.

They stated not planning on adding any additional languages (read it as: „we don't care about polish market”) so there's no point keep asking and begging.

Owszem, wziąłem grę na warsztat i od jakiegoś już czasu tłumaczę.
Tłumaczenie obejmie podstawową wersję gry, jak i wszystkie DLC.
Zachęcam do śledzenia wątku z tłumaczeniem, w którym będą pojawiać się informacje o postępach.

That post makes no sense whatsoever. Nor does your post above. Do you really think a game just magically updates itself when someone translates the lines?

Chinese is the most spoken language in the world and Portuguese (Brazillian) is on nr 6. Polish on the other hand is at nr 33 with about a 7th of the Portuguese speakers.

So like stated above, it's likely not commercially interesting.

Skybreaker = Unerde, he used to work for the publisher, he no longer does. His posts were relevant last year when they were made. Your anger is ridiculous.
