Free DLC ???

Hi everybody,

To begin with, I would like to thank the devs and the community managers because it seems they listen to what players have to say ! :)

Also, there is something strange... I didn't have to buy my DLC. It came free. I'm pretty sure I didn't make the transaction. How is it possible ?

You preordered the game, the DLC was a gift for the delayed release to anyone who ordered before the delay during beta testing.

As a side note the DLC itself is also a couple months late as it was originally announced for Q2 2019 and we're at the end of Q4.

It needed to be before the date listed in the letter and the game had to be activated, not just preordered. If you didn't activate the game before the required date, you don't qualify.

"Early" doesn't tell us when you bought it or where or if you activated it.

Everyone who bought tha game before Jan 10 2019 gets the 1st DLC for free.

Only if they registered the code they were given by then. If you bought from some sites which send the codes on launch day or you waited for the retail box then they can't know you ordered any sooner than when you put in the game key even if you preordered sooner than that
