Probleme de langue

Bonjour,
Je rejoue a Tropico 6 depuis aujourd'hui et je me rend compte que mon jeu est en anglais et je ne vois pas du tout ou changer la langue ! Pourriez vous m'aider ? Avant il etait en francais.

Hi Aya Breha,
to change the game's language, please do following:

• Right click on a game from the Steam game library and choose Properties.
  
• Go to the Language tab
  
• Select the language you wish to use from the drop-down menu
  
• Click OK
  
• Files for that language need to be downloaded before you can play. Therefore, please wait until the game is updated, start the game, and enjoy.

merci de votre reponse mais dans les proprietes le jeu est deja en francais et il l'etait avant, je viens de le reinstaller et ca ne change rien, quel est le probleme ?

Hi Aya Breha,
in this case, simply select a different language (not French and not English); wait until it is installed and when done, changing back to French.

This problem seems to be Steam-wide and not just affecting Tropico 6/Kalypso Games, but many games on Steam in general.
