Multiplayer mode, Maximun population
Is their any way to increase population upper limit in multiplayer mode?

go to options in the main menu and click on gameplay and you can set the max to 10 k pop. how many people are you playing with ? if you are doing 1vs1 this will give you a max pop in multiplayer of 5 k each.

In options menu you have a option of limit population(Max 10000).
