Special chocolate
I noticed this pop up in trade,but I’ve got no idea how to make it,the trade said the value saved on the biggest quantity was over 500k saved.

You need harvest "Oil" and build "Pharmaceutical company", it's will make another material for "special chocolate".

Then switch one of chocolate factories to product "special chocolate" and wait for delivery to Russia.
