That could be the case, I don't know. Maybe they'll release an update to fix it?
@Kunovega asked for your system specs, as those are needed in order to get this properly sorted.
Therefore, please share at least OS+bit, CPU (+Ghz), GPU and RAM.
-cheers
If you don't meet the system requirements that's not something that's going to change. If you do then they will want more information to help sort out what the problem is.
Oh, I'm running a MacBook Pro, the operating system is macOS Mojave 10.14.6, the CPU is an Intel 2.7 Ghz Intel Core i5, memory is 8 GB 1867 Mhz DDR3, my graphics card is Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB,
I hope that helps.
please be aware that your system is below minimum specs: you need at least 3,0Ghz and a dedicated graphic card with at least 2GB VRAm, whereas your integrated graphic chip just has 16-64MB of VRAM.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee nor support you any further, as this is why we have set the minimum and recommended system specs on our official store pages and according extensive testing prior to release of the game back in the first quarter of this year.
-cheers
How do I get a refund for this game then?
even though being below minimum specs, we are still investigating, as it supposedly run before anyhow.
In order to get this tackled properly, players, who are experiencing crashes since the update and are unable to solve those via the provided tips, tricks and workarounds from our technical FAQ, and/or are below minimum specs may send our developers their full system specs and crash dumps, in order to help us getting this sorted as quickly as possible.
To get those necessary details to our developers, reach out to our technical support:
- via support@kalypsomedia.com
- Provide them your system specs first. To get those, please do following:
*Click 'Steam Help' menu (top left of your Steam-client window).
*Select second-last option 'System Information' in the dropdown menu.
*Right-click in the popped-up window and select 'Copy all text to clipboard'
*Simply paste the copied system information into your email.
- Additionally, please add the most important file: the crash dumps. Those can be found as follows:

-cheers
I cannot guarantee, nor promise anything, but worth a shot?
