blueprints messed up

hi, i just noticed that the blueprints you recieve as a reward for completing a mission are kinda messed up. it says i recieved blueprints for cannery but i've got the one for the shipyard instead.

I got blueprint for warehouse, far as I know the game doesn't even have warehouse lol

And I got one for the Trade Institute.

I got a blueprint for the Taj Mahal. I don't remember receiving a Wonder blueprint before.

I received a blueprint as a reward that had already been unlocked (Bought).
Is that normal?..Windows 10..Mission 3..Also tropicans will not move out of shacks even when housing is next door....Game breaking!...Back to Tropico 4.

Yes! And I was awarded a random blueprint as a reward, but it appears that I still have to pay to unlock it anyway.

I got one for a Cathedral the other day ... St. Basil's Cathedral, maybe.
