Can you save Nina?
Well I would have liked it if there was some way for the cops to arrest nina without killing her.

Yes, there's a way to do that

don't inform the fact that Nina is armed, but tell other facts so that she gets arrested

I didn't tell the cops she had a gun, but she still gets killed in the end.

I think informing that Nina has PTSD/violent outbursts might lead to her death as well, since the police will respond disproportionately. This Achievements guide has more information on what to do - scroll down to "No hunter can shoot them" https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=797389587

There's also one where she can escape.

Basically don't submit anything that might imply her to be dangerous, such as the ptsd, athletic build, or history with explosives (report the wrong millitary mission) And especially not the gun. She still gets in a shootout but is only injured and captured instead of killed because the cops weren't expecting it.

She only gets shot because Symes thinks he should tell the cops to be aggressive when arresting the person with ptsd, bit of a stupid move that I wish we could advise him against. In a way the game proves a point through this, you have to tamper with the truth to protect Symes from his own bad decision.

Well i uploaded all information whatever it is as long as it's blue-highlighted. idk if that "blue sentences" matters because the story won't continue if i'm not upload the sentences.

Not all information has to be uploaded; whether you report Juliet Kerrington's favorite color, for example, has absolutely no effect on the ending

Some optional data chunks affect gameplay, however -- and in some cases you only have a limited amount of time to report them. Fortunately, they tend to be pretty obvious and give a decent amount of time.

Honestly, I don't want NINA die either. Her child should be company with a mother.

Thats really hard to accomplish because of our friend Operator, I was thinking it is enough to have her son with her but of course she is just sending him away and waiting, to get in a shootout and get herself killed while he is watching it. So if this proofs anything then that is impossible to predict the outcome and how humans react to information.

Holy crap that indicates that the "system" in the game is mentally retarded.

Or its police forces are incredibly aggressive, and have no qualms about simply gunning down suspects.

I guess this takes place in the kind of society where the cops go full-on aggressive without issue - which isn't really expected since apart from secret stuff like Orwell, the place doesn't seem like the type where this would happen (seems more like something from one of the neighboring countries).

But that could be my mistaken interpretation of how they do things in The Nation. If the cops there were more like the cops in most modern Western nations then giving them a heads-up would make them very cautious, which would mean lots of troops with guns drawn - but not trigger happy as such. Come to think of it, these types of police squads (SWAT-analogues) would treat the situation the same and assume a suspect such as this was potentially armed, even without extra intel suggesting this.

2 ways: either arrange for her escape (tricky) or simply don't report any facts portraying her as dangerous. if you generally "do nothing" she'll probably be caught by border security.

i prefer letting her escape so she doesn't get to shoot at police. avoiding violence, heh

if you report her mental struggles, she'll be treated as a violent psycho, not a person who needs help. this IS the point.
