How do I check Office Divination Power?

The manual says the astro chart in the lab, but I don't see one.

Also I don't know if I'm missing something, but how do I keep the office stocked? My reporters always take the last item out of office stock, I don't know how to buy a new one to replace it since the only time I can buy is when the office is empty and I'm equipping a different reporter.

It's always displayed on the status bar, left of the clock (it has a % sign). But it only appears in medium and hard level games, where it is relevant.

As for stocking up yeah, that's the only way. You can cheat by equipping the items on different reporters (while in office) which allow you to purchase (buy) and then finally store up to 5-6 of anything. But as far as I've seen there really isn't much need for stocking up. If you have enough cash you buy a crystall ball and store it which improves your odds a great deal. Or if there's a special deal available on the phone, anything you buy from there also goes directly into the stock.
