1. First, do the Ideas that remove Fatigue from hand also remove it from the game? I think so, but I'm not sure.
2. What does the "stock" represent? All resources I have in hand plus discard pile plus deck?
3. The "stock" is not visible on medium difficulty. I assume this is by design?
4. Is there an easier way to see the deck size and contents of discard pile? Right now I seem to have to mouse down in just the right spot. A hotkey would be nice.
5. When you put resources "under" the terrain card, do you lose them permanently when you travel?
6. I get that traveling adds a couple new Ideas to the offer, and waiting a turn adds one Idea. When do old Ideas cycle out of the offer? I made part payment on one, only for it to poof later. :(
Love the game! Thanks for any replies.
1) Removing fatigue means deleting a copy of it permanently from your deck, but don't worry, you'll get more. ;-P
2) Stock means how many copies of that resource you have in your deck and discard pile, so your total copies of that item.
3) This is intentional although many have complained about it. You can at least still look at your discard pile to get a rough idea of things, but you'll have to guess on what might still be in the main deck.
4) In the mobile versions I think the dev added a button and I thought dragging down anywhere on the bottom of the screen brought it up, but you might be right.
5) Nope, all resources used to get you past the given region are returned to you as soon as you move onto the next region.
6) All ideas of the last region are lost and 2 new ones are drawn. If you were really on the verge of getting an important idea it might have been best to finish purchasing it if you could afford the cost of the approaching frost. You'll eventually discover people/items that will allow you to save an idea into a sort of buffer zone on the right hand of your screen that you can then carry with you through multiple lands until purcahsed (either a cool way to save a really important idea for just the moment you need it or at least not to lose out on whatever resources you might have already spent to acquire it).
One more question: does the cleaver' idea's basic ability (25% chance of material) work in the scenarios? I swear I have never succeeded in harvesting a material with it in the "Protect Family" scenario. It does work, occasionally, in the medium difficulty.
For the Cleaver ability, it does work anywhere, 25% tells what it does, you have 25% plain chance to get a wood when you use the ability, but yeah with some bad luck it can take some time to actually get one ;)
