I cant launch the game 'Error: CopyFile failed with 32'

Whenever I try to launch the game it fails and the gives me an option to 'repair anticheat'. I click that which opens the 'Easy Anticheat service setup' which just gives me the 'error: CopyFile failed with 32'.

Anyone else with this problem? I've tried verifying game files. Turned off antivirus and firewall. Reinstalled the game, scanned for malware and restarted pc etc. Still the same error.

Any help? If not I'll just refund the game...
