Skyrim is NOT history. What about that is not making sense to you? It is fantasy.
Being a scholar or such does not stop someone from enjoying a game set in fiction. That shouldn't be a hard concept to grasp. People play games that have NOTHING to do with their jobs.
This question is so ignorant, I challenge you to prove you are not a bot at this point.
ES 6 would have more respect from scholar if had history,Skyrim has
history things. So your not scholar? only your personal view, train drivers
play train games due to its done right, they would not play train game in ES
The Elder Scrolls is a fantasy game series with their own made up history. It is not Earth's history and never will be. It is a fictional world in another universe.
A train game in The Elder Scrolls? What are you smoking? You want a train game find something else. At most the Dwemer might have made a train-like transportation system in one of their long lost strongholds or cities. But that still wouldn't make it a train game. You want a train game find a simulator on Steam or go to your local hobby store and get a train set.
A train driver would be less likely to play a train game. This is because most people play to have fun and relax, not do the same thing they do at work. They want a break from work.
Scholars do play Skyrim and many other games that have nothing to do with history or those that mess with history like your beloved Fallout series. You don't get to dictate what we enjoy or what we are allowed to play.
Do you only play games that are a copy of what you do at work? By your own implications since you don't adventure with a sword or cast magic then you shouldn't be playing Skyrim at all. In fact you can't play Fallout as you weren't born and raised in a Vault.
But really, smart people who love books and learning like to play games that require logical decisions and lack of fast paced arcade no mindless routine. You can't just sit in a Call of Duty arcade shooter game and absorb things. You get shot at 24/7. It's competition where Skyrim is a relaxing solo experience with as much leisure as you can handle and nobody to push you along at their pace.
I'm no scholar and I definitely don't like to dwell on other people's past but I enjoy this game more then most and I find the rotating duties of being a trader or a crafter instead what helps me be interested.
I never mention i want train, it was hypercal question. I know from train game
forum train drivers play train games.
Train drivers do play non-accurate train games.
Train drivers do play non-train games.
Being a train driver does not mean they can only play train-accurate games.
You seem to be trying to force everyone into specific molds that they are not allowed to deviate from. Scholars and train drivers play Skyrim and enjoy it.
People are playing games that they individually enjoy. Many (not all but I would say most) play games that are not a replica of their job because they want a break from that.
Your scholar question would be more appropriate for Fallout which is an alternate vision of history, not Skyrim which is not history.
