So in Skyrim DB encounters many ghosts, how is it DB meets and greets so
many ghosts enigmatic?
How can DB see so many ghosts enigmatic? Do ghosts tell their ghost pals of DB work?

So they can meet DB? How is it that other npc can't see ghosts? with so many ghosts
in Skyrim why don't they visit and scare npc in citys think?
Why cant DB use skills to turn in to ghost? wanted to play ghost? Mods?

How can DB hear ghosts? they are not phiscal? how can they make noise to talk?
What proof is there that ghosts would produce noise? How does the company know
they make noise that npc would hear? Did company work with ghost specialists?

its not a special skill you just can and other people can see them, interact with them to varying degrees and even kill them though preskyrim it took magic, silver or deadric weapons to hurt them

You can turn into a "ghost" with the ethereal shout. Great for jumping off of mountains.

No Bethesda doesn't work with specialists of any field to make anything apart from the odd bits here and there for Starfield.

Humans made Nirn from our world, people from nirn did not make Skyrim logic

Nirn was imagined by real people. It is complete fantasy. They gave that imagined world its own rules, but not rules for everything as nobody can create rules down to the tiniest detail that is required in reality. This is not a difficult concept for a human to understand.
