Relatar um problema com a tradução
That is not a mod, when your Health, Magicka, Stamina or w/e gets low you get a pop-up that pauses the game, though it's only supposed to happen once per file.
So you've never seen this?

Or, it could be that you're just wrong.
As Rez says, they can be disabled by just turning a "1" to a "0" in the ini file.
I did some digging and I know they're for real[help.bethesda.net] but I sure never saw them (or don't recall).
Now, the reason why I blame mods is simple: if I don't remember these then it's fair to say that they don't pop up all that often, so why would this become such a nuisance that you want to bother hiding them?
