But yes....good advice.
Main rules is "Do not lunch game from steam library."
As i read downgreat do not work and game will be broken anyway. So dont risk.
I lunched my game in way as i described and game do not start updating process.
Eventually i updated skyrim and installed the new skse from silverlock and skyrim and its 68 installed mods runs great. 5 hours now and zero hiccups
I run game only by Vortex
Maybe, but still can save someone.
Those are two other solutions of doing it.
It is very important to change update options as i described. This option do not let steam update skyrim behind your back.
