Well apart from suggesting you do a clean reinstall, then add mods in reasonable sized batch, checking that the game works at regular intevals....
This is because even if you want to use the vanilla opening (which I typically do), the game needs time to load your mods in a quiet cell without also trying to get bogged down with the scripted wagon ride.
You said you take 4 months to do it. You might have some mod that isn't compatible with current 1170 version and it require update.
Check if there is any mod requires update, update it and tell us the result.
I don't use Helgan Reborn because it overburdens my script load upon first entering Whiterun, but when combined with Live Another Life I never had an issue with the opening.
Cart ride's really long anyway.
Where do I find my Mod List in File Manager? I can do screenshots of all my Mods in my New Game?
In Mod Organiser 2 it should be something like C:\Users\<username here>\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer\Skyrim Special Edition\profiles\<profile name here> and be called modlist.txt and loadorder.txt
just checking but are you not using a mod manager? You shouldn't be using the base game's file handling for mods, especially not when you go over a half dozen or so because it will screw up your load order (it doesn't matter if you installed LOTD first or last, your load order will be messed up if you don't use a mod organiser)
Mod Organiser 2 is the best one, Vortex is alright.
