Having a problem with T-Posing (Idk where it went wrong because im still new to modding)
I'm not a good mod user or anything because im still new to it but when i installed my mods from creation it was going smoothly but then when the nexus mods deploys it ruined my game as it made my character and other npcs into T-Posing. I have removed EVERY animation mods that i could think of even the XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended (idk if i should removed it or not but i was desperate to see some changes).

T-pose is cause by...

1) Adding or removing animation mod without running FNIS or NEMESIS to generate new behavior files .
2) Using Legacy animation mod (Oldrim) instead of SE/AE animation mod.

You should've run FNIS instead of removing mods. If that didn't help, try running the FNIS consistency check afterwards. That should tell you if there's something wrong with the animation files.

T poses it's absolutely fnis problem. But there are many questions. Did u run "deploy mods" in vortex after disabling? By run fnis they mean not just run, build fnis files also some mods must be marked in chekbox. Some mods may require nemesis instead fnis. e.t.c

Did you check ALL the requirements for the mod ? . sometimes one requirement mod needs another mod to work . I've run into this before and it can be very frustrating at times .

1. FNIS needs to be executed via Vortex:

2. If it doesn't work, then run the consistency check.
3. Still no luck? Reinstall FNIS and its prerequisites. Don't forget to deploy them in Vortex.

You have just one animation-related mod anyway, it's Kaidan's Extended Edition.

FNIS is very outdated -use Nemesis unlimited behavior engine.

Despite what some may state, FNIS is no more dated than Nemesis (both having received their last updating at around the same time - early 2020). In fact, FNIS is a finished mod, while Nemesis was never completely finished. The main factor in choosing one over the other is a presence of mods that REQUIRE Nemesis. If you are not using mods which state Nemesis as a necessary requirement, you are probably better off using FNIS, as there are less issues with it.

Beside Nemesis and FNIS there is the new Pandora Behavior Engine with builtin backward compatibility for Nemesis and FNIS. It is in active development. Latest release is from 3 weeks ago.

Sorry to say, but facts arn't your thing.
FNIS was last update 19 February 2020
Nemesis was last update on 13 December 2021

Nemesis was designed to unshackle the fact that FNIS requires the manual touching of Fore to make the mod work.
Nemesis is much more flexible. There are three reason why there are mods supporting Nemesis only.
1) Nemesis support all FNIS mods automatically by default.
2) FNIS retired from modding and new mods are only supported by Nemesis from there on.
3) Nemesis offers additional features not supported by FNIS.

It's an old grude between the two mod authors that you are cooking here.
