All the mods and changes you might wish for and everything is available for free. All you basically need is a mod manager (my personal favorite being Vortex[www.nexusmods.com]) and off you go....
I'm well aware of the Nexus - I've downloaded my share of mods from there. However, I WOULD like to get the Creation Club mods also. But the credits that I bought are NOT showing up in-game.
I had bought some yesterday and the credits showed up fine. Figured I'd get some more today, but the credits are not showing up.
I've seen others have the same issue apparently, but I've never quite seen said issues resolved...
https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithPurchase
It should list your purchase as well as the status. If there's no status but merely the amount of money you spend then the purchase has been successfully processed by Steam and thus it's in Bethesda's corner.
I see the items I purchased(CC Credits), and the amount of money I had spent.
But the credits are not showing up... Is it just that they're experiencing some slowdowns at the moment? Or has this been an on-going issue?
I haven't heard anything back from Steam.
I sent a submit ticket through Bethesda as well, though I'm still waiting for a response from them...
Worth a try?
EDIT: So I finally DID hear back from Steam, and it sounds like it IS something that I have to bring up to Bethesda.
So I DID have a support ticket sent in, though I hadn't given the Transaction IDs... Easily enough. Updated the ticket to include the Transaction IDs. Was told if they were unable to resolve the issue that I was to get back with Steam.
Presently waiting on Bethesda...
I doubt that's going to work; the store page has a disclaimer stating that you can't request refunds for this item, so it's going to be denied for sure. First you should do is contact Bethesda, and if that completely fails you need to make sure to do a manual refund request.
So... don't click on "refund" but find your recent purchase in the list I linked to above, click on that and then use the option "I still have a question", that would allow you to explain your case and manually request the refund.
But definitely make sure to contact Bethesda support first, because Steam will most likely reject the refund otherwise.
Aye - as mentioned before, I've went ahead and submitted a support ticket to Bethesda, but am still waiting to hear back from 'em... It's mind boggling - it went through fine when I purchased 'em yesterday. Not entirely sure why it's such an issue now.
I've done some googlings, and it seems like it's an issue that has existed for a long time, and is not just limited to Steam/PC players... I've seen people talking about it on PS4 and XBox forums, so it's definitely not an issue with Steam.
