What patches and bug fix mod am I missing to make it more stable? I run it on Steam deck and it crashes pretty often. I can’t make engine fixes to run though

Any questions about a collection need to be addressed to author of the collection, as he is the only one who knows how they fit together. If you had gotten the mods one at a time some one here might be able to help you, but not when it is a collection.

Also, better check with any Steam Deck modding forums (no idea where they are) because I have heard the Deck is hell on modding.

As a curator myself, I would suggest you to to tone down the amount of mod you plan to include into your collection if this is your first time curated it.

At 100+ mods, it is hard to pinpoint exactly what is causing it.

Engine fixes sadly doesn’t work

What is the best way to figure out which mod caused the crash? Are there any crashlogs?

No but maybe someone has experience with collections of mods and maybe I have some breaking stuff in my pack that I am not aware off

Question 1: Do you use LOOT to sort order?
Question 2: Do you check all requirements for your mod?
Question 3: Do you arrange the installation step? For example, your collection have Bloodchill Manor mod which requires Hemomancy & Coldhaven. So your collection would begin to download Hemomancy & Coldhaven first before Bloodchill Manor since Bloodchill Manor depends on both mod.

The best way for determining issues with the collection is the same as for any build - and requires patience, and the occasional breaks to keep from pulling your hair out. See:

Good luck!

I would add that the two jump animations, Better Jumping AE & Smooth Random Jump Animation Rework, may have some minor conflicts as some of the forum posts indicate.

Also, (Super Fast) Immersive Animated Looting is problematic as indicated by the numerous forum posts in which the mod author resorted to rude responses and locked the forum.

You are using several 'add-spells' mods that have a potential of conflicting with combat or perk overhaul mods. Be sure all necessary patches are utilized.

Be sure you have all necessary patches for Wintersun - Faiths of Skyrim.

An addition to using LOOT for load order optimization, this is a good tool for verifying if any patches are missing.

The spells mods should be all compatible with adamant and mysticism

Jup I am now at a point where anything runs as intended! Was really a long way to this point there where like 300 - 400 mods that I tested and modpages that I have readen, but it’s super stable I have perfect UI settings now for Steam deck! Now I can uninstall the game 🤣 nah jokes aside I can finally play the game haha

The game really just feels perfect now with the many bug fixes and like new ones that came out this year like the weapon sheat sprint bug or that you can’t jump while sprinting, good third person precision and and and that’s how they should release the game in my opinion haha
