how to change graphic settings (steam deck)

i cant get on launcher anymore since they made verified the game for steam deck.

Bethesda basically broke the game for anyone who was using the deck and playing in anything but handheld mode. I don't know what they were thinking.

I fixed it with adding the special edition launcher as a non steam game in desktop mode and opened it with proton experimental.
