how do you install the enb binary?

trying to install enb re-engaged for SE but im supposed to get the binary but i can't download it off the website it told me to go to, am i missing something?

For whatever reason boris has always had site set to homepage with only link being news. Then you click download then pick whatever game/version you use. Then only put dll's into the games base folder. Mod loaders cant install it or presets.

edit (oh and its the wrapperversion folder)

Decided to check because i was curious and its been like that since like 2011-2012. So been like that for 10 years.

found it, problem was that some links were in blue and the ones i needed looked the same as the actual text so i thought the whole thing was just text, thanks!
