Also make sure Vortex sorts the load order, otherwise it can cause weird effects like an infinite loop.
Does this happen with a new game or only when loading an old savefile?
You could post your load order here, too, in case something is out of order.
Did you load multiple mods at one time? If so you could disable but not delete mods one at a time until you find the issue.. good luck!!
Vortex keeps a text copy of your load order here:
C:\Users\[your name]\AppData\Local\Skyrim Special Edition\loadorder.txt
or there's a shortcut in the Mod's section of Vortex. Look up at the very top you'll see icons. Select the folder icon and in the dropdown select "Open Game Application Data Folder", it's the last one.
Then select "loadorder.txt
open it then copy & paste the contents here.

If the OP has downgraded, removed any of the base game content, or is using an older version of the Unofficial Patch that is not up to date, this could be the cause. Alternate Start, for example, requires the current version of both the game and the Unofficial Patch - anything that is not current will result in issues.
I decided to go for different type of Role playing. Something that'll highlight the war in Skyrim.
And this one worked surprisingly, cause I overdid it lol.
I noticed that 3 or 4 of them overlap with models but somehow the game runs and with no noticeable impact on my performance.

I just added random things together and it somehow works. A mix of mods that add new weapons, armor, changes models of soldiers and some characters, adds random skirmishes between factions and some other mods for immersion with the town folk, bigger trees, draugr changes, AI changes, tech tree changes and additions.
This mess works no problem.
Skyrim unofficial patch, impossible.

Know that modding requires reading, and a lot of it. But there are guides to help you through, as well as many very knowledgeable people to answer any questions you may have.
And, always remember the Golden Rule of Modding, and never forget it:
THE GOLDEN RULE OF MODDING:
"No matter how good a mod may look or sound, no matter how much you may really want a mod, if the mod does not work as it should, causes issues in your game, or even seems to have the potential to cause issues, dump the mod. A game that does not work is no game at all."
(from PINNED TOPIC Helpful Links and References, Introduction)
Finally, and most importantly, start small - just add a few mods at a time, test, and then play for a while to ensure there are no issues - don't fall into the trap of adding a bunch of mods and then trying to play. And, very important!!! For most mods, once they are added, they cannot be removed and play continued on that save - you have to roll back to a save made before that removed/disabled mod was installed, or start a new game - absolutely no ifs, ands, or buts about it. So make sure you make a manual save before adding anything, and save often (manually) while playing, so you can roll back to a previous save if necessary. (For why you cannot remove/disable mods midplaythrough, see: You CANNOT Remove Mods Mid-Playthrough - http://steamcommunity.com/app/489830/discussions/0/1520386297681801135/ )
If you have any other questions, or are unsure of something, just ask first - it is easier to prevent a problem than it is to fix one - especially where Skyrim is concerned.
Good luck!
possible downgrade or using wrong mods for game version or both coupled with inexperience are often recipes for problems like this.
The version is 1.6.640.0.8
And here is the order: https://imgur.com/a/1wFoIor
But it is without the unoffical patch, I got rid of it. The order was correct before but it did not allow my game to open up, so i got rid of it. And after I removed it I added like 10 more mods and it still works fine. It was just that patch.
More Weapons Please SE has CTD complaints.
and
Enchanting Freedom is reportedly not working properly with 1.6.xxx
The best way to build a load order is to add no more than 2-3 mods at a time, stopping and testing by loading up the game. So it's add 2 or 3 mods, stop, launch game and test, add 2 to 3 more, stop load up and test, and so on. This way when a CTD occurs you have it narrowed down to a very small group of mods.
Best way to proceed is to stop, start a new load order as described above.
Never heard of the USSEP causing crashes and it's one of if not the most used mods in Skyrim and it's used in very heavy load orders as well, I'm talking load orders of over 1,000 or more mods. You really should be using the USSEP.
The culprit is likely another mod of which the USSEP simply exposed for whatever reason.
